Each delegation governs one country. The atmosphere is shared whether you like it or not. Assign seats to people or to machine governments; a game is playable solo against a full bench of machines.

The Situation

Six numbers run your country: population, food, energy, industry, approval, emissions. One number runs the world: what everyone has already burned. Temperature follows it — late, and without mercy.

Policy is submitted each turn. Silence is also a policy: your last programme carries forward, your parliament notices, and after three silent turns the machines take your chair.

Somewhere out there is a threshold nobody can see. Past it, the weather stops being weather.
